Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of Kioju must be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Germany.

Both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of German courts for all legal proceedings.

Language and Interpretation

These terms are originally drafted in German. In case of any translation conflicts or discrepancies, the German language version shall take precedence.

All legal interpretations will be based on the German text and German legal principles.

Consumer Protection Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU directives and German consumer law.

These rights include but are not limited to withdrawal rights, warranty claims, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
